Hello Yumi, I have noticed that we are no longer getting the downloads and view counts on our test server running DSpace CRIS 5.10. DSpace CRIS uses a CRON job (/bin/view-and-download-retrieve) to get the counts. This could be unrelated of course, but thought I would mention it just in case
