Hi.

I have encountered the same problem. I am migrating from version 1.7.2 to 
7. The Oracle error is because the "schema_version" table does not exist:  
SELECT 
version FROM schema_version ORDER BY version desc
I have assumed that Flyway creates the table the first time it is run, but 
it doesn't seem to. My database schema does not contain that table, should 
I create it?
