Hi,

It looks like (from your other email thread) the problem is that Oracle 
12.1 is no longer supported by Flyway (which DSpace uses).  See this

Again, I'd stress for anyone looking at installing DSpace 7 on Oracle... 
*Please 
be aware that Oracle Support is deprecated and will be unsupported in 
Summer 2023.  I'd highly recommend installing DSpace 7 on PostgreSQL*.
