Hello Colette,

I am a repository manager for the State University of New York, USA, and
also have IT experience, although our repositories are managed by Atmire
and I do not have experience with installing and setting up DSpace.
However, the screenshot you share is a YouTube video, and in my opinion any
professional vendor would have saved your previous instance and would have
easily been able to revert. Also, they would have had the new instance up
and running before trying to migrate. I am sorry to say this, and wish I
could help. Hopefully others on this thread will be able to offer advice,
other than, don't give any more money to this vendor.
