Hi,

An "Internal Error" always means that you should the DSpace logs for a more 
specific error message.  See our troubleshooting guide for how to do 
that: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error

Once you've found the more specific error message, you may want to search 
this mailing list to see if anyone else has already found a fix.  If not, 
you can send a message back to this list with the full details of the 
specific error message & hopefully someone can help.
