Hey guys This is the infamous communication error between the frontend and the backend caused by the CORS security policy. It means the domain and protocols used to access Angular need to be the same to access the REST API. This mechanism, despite having its technical justifications, is compulsorily imposed by the current implementation of DSpace, as if we were not capable of taking care of our own service infrastructure. I would really like this kind of thing to be able to be disabled in version 8 in a simple and explicit way.
