Hi Sherry, Admin Search only shows items that have been approved. If you want to see items that have been submitted and are in workflow you can use the Administrator Workflow menu available in the admin sidebar.
To see workflow items that you can personally edit and approve, go to MyDspace and choose workflow tasks in the drop-down menu.
