I need to argue why a document (book or book chapter) whose publisher does 
not authorise its accessibility should be deposited and have restricted 
access.

There is the ‘facility’ to allow access to ANECA (Spain), if requested... 
without the need to contact the author, etc...

I need to know a more technical reason...
