The attached file includes Messages_ja.properties, messages_ja.xml and 
Japanese.zip.

Japanese.zip includes input_form_ja.xml, default_ja.license, news-side_ja.html, 
news-top_ja.html, emails/change_password_ja, emails/feedback_ja. 
emails/internal_error_ja, emails/submit_archive_ja, emails/submit_reject.ja, 
emails/submit_task_ja, emails/subscription_ja and emails/suggest_ja.

Hi Keiji,

thanks for providing the translations of DSpace 1.5.1 to Japanese. 

Checked Messages_ja.properties against the 1.5.1 Version of DSpace, there
are some missing tags:

jsp.collection-home.heading1 = Collection home page
jsp.community-home.heading1 = Community home page
jsp.dspace-admin.eperson-main.then = then

It might be that the "then" is not necessary but there I'm lost in
translation as I know no Japanese at all.
