It seems like a logical change to at least get those Cocoon/Manakin logs 
into the [dspace]/log/ directory.  However, I still wonder if there's 
some way to make sure that *ALL* Java related errors get logged to 
[dspace]/log/dspace.log

It'd save hassle/time in having to check multiple log files for 
potential errors with Manakin. Plus, it'd allow folks to setup log4j to 
notify them on ERROR messages (which is possible with the current 
dspace.log settings...but, if since that doesn't contain all the errors 
than its not really useful).
