Adds a new option to the item exporter to perform the export and then zip it up
automatically. This allows the same export behaviour as when exporting via the
user interfaces.
If the importer is developed further, these zip files could then be imported,
potentially via the user interfaces, allowing the moving of whole collections
between DSpace instances using just the web user interface.
