Update paths in [dspace-source]\dspace\config\dspace.cfg

i update the following some paths in dspace.config i.e.
dspace.dir
assetstore.dir
log.dir
upload.temp.dir
report.dir
handle.dir
but three of paths i cant see in dspace.config.i.e
config.template.log4j.properties
config.template.log4j-handle-plugin.properties
config.template.oaicat.properties
how can i update these 3 paths.
