just put in dspace.cfg:
config.template.log4j.properties = [path to the installed
dspace]/config/log4j.properties
config.template.log4j-handle-plugin.properties = [path to the installed
dspace]/config/log4j-handle-plugin.properties
config.template.oaicat.properties = [path to the installed
dspace]/config/oaicat.properties
