The current version of Docbook (4.5) that is in the repository is coded to work with FOP 0.94. Fop 0.95 needs much for stuff in the xml to work appropriately and isn't completely backwards compatible. WEP on the other hand does't use SAXON and other XSLT components, so you don't have any of these issues. (I have the free
verison from WEP just to try.)

Before the Confluence conversations were taking place, I had planned to overhaul the documentation to bring it up to Docbook version 5.0 standard so that FOP .094 and Fop 0.95 would work. I'm not going to do that
at this point.

I had to jigger the script to use FOP 0.95 (what I have) instead of
0.94 (which was wired into the script).
