This issue has been identified again on an installation we are working on. It
appears to run deeper. We actually clear caches on the browsers and the value
is still there.
This happens on all browsers. And appears to be related to the validity of the
cached pipeline contents in the ArtifactBrowser, specifically Navigation
transformers/Aspects associated with the Browse By Indexes not getting cleared
properly.
