This second link seems to be another cache like problem (which for me only
happened in IE i think), but only IIRC a F5 was enough to solve it(?!).
Definetely there was a weird cache problem but it seem only to happen in IE.
This bug was opened because you need to really clean the browser cache (or
Crtl-F5) for the proper things to be visualized.
It happens when someone logs out. The menus keep appearing as if you are logged
in.
For us is more of an annoyance because only the staff logs in to DSpace, so
they are the only ones seeing this bad behaviour.
