Allow mapping searches based on dc.type

DSpace's current item-mapping system allows searches only by author. This makes
some common use-cases difficult to impossible: e.g. mapping all items with
dc.type "Thesis" to a single collection for OAI harvest as a set. It would be
helpful to be able to search by item type as well as by author.
