This is a prototype Quartz integration for DSpace Services, I will need further
work, but is an initial starting point for providing Asynchronous Scheduling.
We should look als at JMS Messaging Systems and determine if there is an analog.
There needs to be further work done to draft an architecture for clustered
eventing which may/may not be related to this topic.
