Creating a new "dummy" issue to see if the new "Received" step is working
properly. New issues should now go into a "Received" bucket. Once they have
been reviewed and accepted they will then move into "Open" (and proceed as
normal after that). So, the new workflow process will generally be:
Received -> Open -> In_Progress -> Resolved -> Closed -> Re-Opened (if
necessary)
Or, if an issue is found to not be valid, it may move directly from "Received"
to "Closed".
Again, please ignore this issue, it is only a test.
