The default max java mem is a little more than 200Mb in this computer. Anyways, from the histogram/netbeans profiler the problem seems to be that ResultSets and Statements are not being dereferenced. Without a better profiler like JProfiler it's going to be hard to track down exactly where the references are being kept.
