We are still seeing this regularly, and it seems to be related to available
database connections, which makes me suspect a leak in one of the interfaces we
are running. We are doing further investigation for each. The interfaces we
are currently running on both systems we are experiencing this problem (all
v.1.6.0) are XMLUI, OAI & SWORD.
Has anyone upgraded to > 1.6.0 and seen this issue go away?
