investigate the idea of "DSpace with Fedora Inside"

In addition, we will *not* be having a DSpace Developers meeting on
Weds, Oct 27 at 20:00UTC. This Fedora introductory session will be
happening at the same time as our normal DSpace Developer Meeting, and
