Resolution: Duplicate
This issue is duplicated by current work in both DS-277 and DSCR-12 . I'm
going to close this issue as it's essentially a duplicate, and move all
discussion over to the existing DS-277 (which seems the most appropriate
place). We need a volunteer to investigate the best routes forward, and work
towards implementation of DS-277 and/or DSCR-12.
