Hi Gustavo,

At this point in time, I haven't heard of any developers who are working 
on a way of changing the order that collections appear.  However, if we 
can find an interested volunteer developer or two, then it may be a nice 
feature to add to a future version of DSpace.

If you know of any developers with time to volunteer towards building 
such a feature, please let us know.  If anyone else on this mailing list 
is interested, also please feel free to speak up or volunteer to 
investigate this idea.
