I'm open to choosing a more practical way forward, but I'll note that in an
ideal situation, everything that is released under org.dspace groupId the
committer group would be taking responsibility for, in accordance with what's
outlined on the committers page.
More importantly, I think we need further advice from the current SWORD Project
Team as to how they wish to see it maintained going forward.
