Just as an FYI -- the "license:check" only gets run when you do one of 
the following:

'mvn install' (which NetBeans does by default -- so NetBeans users tend 
to notice license issues first)

OR

'mvn release' (when we cut a new release).

The default 'mvn package' doesn't do the license header checks. So, 
developers who always run 'mvn package' won't really notice these messages.

This reminds me -- we probably should setup Bamboo so that it is 
*always* running the "license:check".  That way we are ensured to catch 
these issues at the moment the new code is committed.
