Thanks! I was going to do it today since I haven't heard for you but this is much better because you'll have control over the pull requests. Now just go to each branch and press the "pull request" button to create a pull request for each branch. Then add a link to each pull request to the corresponding Jira ticket in comment and add a "has-pull-request" label.
