Yes, that's the general idea.  DCAT plans to determine which issue(s) 
they'd like to discuss in their monthly meeting (normally the second 
Tues of the Month). They will then send those topic(s) to me to add to 
the agenda of the Developer Meeting on the next day.

Again, the first date this will happen is the Developer's Meeting on 
Weds, Sept 5, as DCAT's next meeting is scheduled for Tues, Sept 4.
