In case you hadn't guessed, this hang is due to the infinite token
substitution loop I wrote about separately. We get "dspace.dir =
${dspace.dir}" and then the next reference to ${dspace.dir} loops
forever. I'm trying to understand how that value gets there, and when
I can give it a more sensible value then the tests should succeed
again. It looks related to the build.properties stuff that went in
recently, so I will have to understand that better. (Thanks, Hardy
