If webui.strengths.show = true, it's recommended to set webui.strengths.cache =
true, otherwise the number of items in collections/communities are counted in
database when a page is displayed.
When Discovery is enabled, the strengths could be fetched from Solr instead of
database, making it faster, real time (no need to run itemcounter) and thus
obsolete the webui.strengths.cache option.
