When setting a policy name to "COMMUNITY 232 Delegated admin test" in the XMLUI
the attached error is generated.
The name is > 30 chars but the user is shown a DB traceback. The form should
have a maximum length on the field. This is probably a general requirement for
all forms. (if not already addressed)
