Graham, can you copy/link these exemptions?
I was under the impression that the Google Analytics cookie is one we should
give users the possibility to opt out of.
I'm getting familiar with the cookiecuttr code & hope to show something that
works. Ideally, it should have a switch in the config so people can turn the
cookie notification on or off.
