Hi everybody, Since DSpace 4.0 is coming up I believe the time has come to make discovery the default search engine for DSpace. If we are to do this of course I think we should attempt to include it in the codebase as soon possible (so we can get sufficient testing done before the official release).
I have created a pull request that will make discovery the default for the * xmlui*, the pull request can be found here: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/218. What I require now is some people to test & provide me with some feedback on how to improve it, or if it is fine to give the go ahead to press the merge button.
