[Dspace-devel] [DuraSpace JIRA] (DS-1637) Support running handle server and application container on seperate machines

With the code as it is in the new PR one can use the handle server as provided by handle.net. In addition to the software from handle.net the following jars and files will be needed: gson-2.2.1.jar, log4j-1.2.14.jar, log4j-handle-plugin.properties a compiled version of org.dspace.handle.MultiRemoteDSpaceRepositoryHandlePlugin and handle-dspace-plugin.cfg. The latter one is a simple configuration file with the following format:
