Mark H. Wood commented on DS-1666 RoleDisseminator fails to check for possible null email I am unable to create empty EPersons by the method suggested. I had to fake it using "INSERT INTO EPerson VALUES(2);" (BTW executing "bin/dspace create-administrator" and hitting Enter when asked for the email address will create an EPerson with a zero-length non-null email and null netid.) The behavior resulting from attempting API export of this situation *is* reproducible.
