Pascal-Nicolas Becker commented on DS-1535 DOI support for dspace-api Today I added org.dspace.identifier.doi.DOIConsumer which tracks changes in item metadata. If metadata of an Items get modified, we store in the database that the corresponding DOI needs an metadata update. I added some more options to our command line interface an enhanced its output. Since I store DOIs as dc.identifier.uri in the item metadata they appear in the XMLUI without any further changes.
