A second issue here.
The configuration that Bram mentions controls two things -- which it probably shouldn't do.
1) It controls how many recent submissions appear on the homepage (e.g. http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/). This value probably should remain as 5 recent submissions, as it keeps the homepage "clean"
2) It ALSO controls how many recent submissions appear per page after you click "view more" (e.g. http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/recent-submissions). This is the value that I'm suggesting should be set to 20 by default. Only the paging needs to be set to 20.

DS-1278 added a "View More" link to recent submissions.

This is a great new feature, however it forces you to browse new submissions, 5 at a time. This is a bit frustrating as it requires a lot of paging. Would there be a way to increase the number of results to more like 20 items at a time (similar ...
