There's one commented definition in config/spring/api/identifier-service.xml and another UNcommented one in classpath:spring/spring-dspace-core-services.xml. This led me a merry chase today, as I didn't initially see why there were *any* identifier providers registered.
Pondering spring-dspace-core-services.xml, I presume that the commented definition in identifier-service.xml is a leftover and might be deleted. Maybe a "see also" comment there would be prudent.
