How could an anonymous user subscribe? Where would the emails go?

Dspace subscriptions aren't available for Anonymous users. They only can subscribe to one collection for receiving alerts if they have permission to submit new items, wich has no sense. The correct permission is READ permission, not ADD.
It can be fixed modifying the following methods at the following clasess:
