The XMLUI shows a note that the community or collection has limited access while ths JSPUI shows the community or collection like having read permissions. If a collection is browsed and the collection contains items which the user may read these items will be linked by the jspui on the site of the colletion. I think a common behavior for both UIs and some documentation how READ permission for communities and collections should be used would be great. This issue is realated to DS-476 and DS-880.
