communities2item is still in use with DSpace 4.0... I'm wondering, can you duplicate this issue on, say, the demo.dspace.org server?

When trying to delete an item, DSpace fails giving the following error:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: update or delete on table "item" violates foreign key constraint "bi_2_dmap_item_id_fkey" on table "bi_2_dmap"
Detail: Key (item_id)=(66721) is still referenced from table "bi_2_dmap".
