Hi Rania,
Questions on community use cases or needs probably should be asked on the mailing lists, as they will receive more "eyes" there. This ticket system is mostly just watched by developers...so it's a better place to get technical implementation tips, instead of community input.
I'd suggest you'd probably want to ask these questions on 'dspace-general' if you want input from Repository Managers/Administrators:
