Hello Andy,

We are using sword to get data from our Focus on research service (a faculty
profile tool based on BibApp http://focus.library.utoronto.ca ) into our
research repository T-Space (based on DSpace https://tspace.library.utoronto.ca
). We are dumping it all into one collection in T-Space. Once in T-Space, the
items can be mapped to other collections as needed. At this time, we do not
plan to tweak the data after it is deposited into T-Space.
You can find a simple visual representation of this at
https://tspace.library.utoronto.ca/Focus_TSpace_workflow.ppt

Subject: [Dspace-general] BioMed Central, sword deposit and DSpace

We'll soon be receiving automated article-deposits via sword, and I was curious
if there were any resources or sample workflows available that detail how to
handle the data.

Are other IR's dumping it all into one collection, or re-directing it to
multiple collections?
How much tweaking has the data required?

Basically, any advice, resource or shared experience would be appreciated. Feel
free to backchannel.

Thanks,
