Greetings,
I'm very new to an old DSpace setup, using version 1.8. I've been asked to
make a change to the system that would allow a system administrator to give
a collection manager the permissions to export/import item metadata to/from
.csv files. Is there a simple setting someplace that can be changed to let
this happen automatically when the user is assigned the admin role in a
collection? Is there a way to do it after a user is already in the system?
