Hello All, I am trying to configure and install REST api on my dspace server I found the following error on accessing localhost:8080/rest/
First after loading it changes to localhost:8443/rest/ and wrote This webpage is not available -- ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I am requesting someone to help me to fix this problem please.
