First question:
I have a collection with 400 items ingested and many more to be added.
I need everybody to have access to the item and to the bitstream in the
THUMBNAIL bundle and only a "special group" (IP based) to have access to
the bitstreams in the other bundles.

What should I do for the existing items and what would be the best settings
for the collection - for the future items.

I looked at the DEFAULT_ITEM_READ, DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ, "item wildcard
policy admin tool", but this is not exactly what is needed.

It is not a problem to develop something for this purpose, but what should
it be?

Second question:
I more or less understand what are access rights on items and bitstreams,
but what are "access rights on bundles"? How are they set and what is the
purpose - who uses them?
