Hi, we very recently elected to hide the fulltext from our search results hit
highlighting [1] due to DS-3090 [2]. We've discussed this at our institution
and believe that, given the diverse nature of the content in our repository,
not showing the fulltext in the hit highlighting provides more useful search
results. This doesn't directly answer your question... However, if you have
immediate concerns about information showing up where it should not, removing
or commenting out this configuration section [1] would immediately address the
situation.
