What command did you use for exporting the community? During the export, you should have gotten one [email protected] file, a bunch of COLLECTION@123456789-*.zip and ITEM@123456789-*.zip files. Were they created? Did you copy them all over to the target? It seems to me that you copied just the [email protected] file.
