Hi Christian,
I think this can't be done you'll have collisions with existing new handles.
Your use case is not for the restore mode, I just pointed out the
differences and the pitfall with the mapped items.
Maybe the workaround number 3 in Item Mappings may not be maintained
when submitting an AIP hierachy
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/AIP+Backup+and+Restore
will do the trick for you.
