We have made fresh install of the DSpace6.0 release, but we are unable to submit items using the XMLUI. We cannot get past Describe Page Errors at Access Step
Java stacktrace: java.lang.NullPointerException at org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.submission.submit.AccessStepUtil.populateEmbargoDetail(AccessStepUtil.java:204) at org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.submission.submit.AccessStepUtil.addEmbargoDateSimpleForm(AccessStepUtil.java:223) at org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.submission.submit.AccessStepUtil.addAccessRadios(AccessStepUtil.java:160) at org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.submission.submit.AccessStep.addBody(AccessStep.java:118) The same error has been reported for the DSpace Demo: https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-3388 We had a release candidate 3 up and running without this problem. We have tried to find the location of the change that caused this, but unsuccessfully. The submit process still works in the jspui. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Kind regards, Bolette A.
